Personality dimensions are not a ranking of good and bad. Higher scores should not simply be called strengths, nor lower scores weaknesses. TPES's official introduction notes that the same trait can support you in one context yet become limiting when overused or poorly matched to the situation. The point is to understand how it influences actual behavior, rather than aim for a high score in everything.

For example, caring about quality can support reliable delivery, but continually raising standards may delay completion. Quick action moves work forward, while still needing checks on information and collaboration. Read formal reports using their own score explanations and dimensions together, rather than directly comparing scores from different products. Then choose a real task and identify which practices are worth keeping and which need adjustment.
